If you break one of our Ultimate Front Holders, we'll replace it, free of charge - simple as that.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fire Front Store, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. This offer is valid for thirty (30) days after receipt of your order.

Return merchandise in the original or equivalent packaging, along with a copy of your invoice. There will be no restocking fee. However you must pay shipping cost to return merchandise. Your money will be returned in the manner in which it was paid.

If you received damaged merchandise email us - service@firefrontstore.com or call 602-828-0310 immediately. DO NOT discard original packing material as this will void any shipping claim with the carrier. Upon notification we will initiate the claims process and send you a replacement.
